How long does it take to set up an inflatable?
Delivery and set up of an inflatable takes approximately ten minutes

What happens if it rains?
Bouncing Around offers a completely free rain cancellation option whereby you can cancel your booking in cases of bad weather up to an hour prior to the agreed delivery time ... and you won't have to pay a thing.

What sort of surface do you need for the inflatable?
Inflatables situated outdoors need to be set up on a flat grassy area to ensure that the unit can be staked down.

Do I need to supply anything?
All we require is a standard three pinned socket to be located within fifty metres of the site where the inflatable is to be situated. It would be very helpful if you could ensure that access is cleared prior to our arrival.

Are there any specific requirements for the inflatable's location?
If the inflatable is to be situated outside, we require it to go on a grassy area to ensure we are able to peg the unit securely into the ground. We can erect inflatables on slight slopes.

Can I hire an inflatable item overnight?
Yes. Bouncing Around does hire most of its inflatables out overnight, please call to discuss this option further.

Will I have to supervise the unit?
Yes. Bouncing Around hires out its units on the understanding they will be supervised by a responsible adult at ALL times they are being used. You will receive a copy of our disclaimer form on the reverse of the booking form.
